At Forest & Ember, all sales are final. Once a purchase or service agreement has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed. We encourage you to review all details of your order or project carefully before proceeding with payment.

2. No Refunds

Due to the customized and service-based nature of our digital design and marketing work, we do not offer refunds for any payments made. By completing a transaction with us, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Project Changes

We understand that project needs may evolve. While payments are non-refundable, we are committed to working with you to make reasonable adjustments or modifications within the scope of the purchased service. Additional changes or requests outside the original scope may require a new agreement and additional fees.

4. Exceptions
